An exciting and rewarding career opportunity awaits a bright professional person who is looking to undertake a full time Senior Project Manager role. The successful candidate will report directly to the Divisional Director and will become an integral part of our core Management Team at Allendale Square.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Preparation and submission of fee proposals


• Daily contract administration tasks and supervision of juniors


• Client-focused problem solving and provision of added value


• Limited Business Development function


• Limited Business Development function


• Monthly report compilation and presentation to the Client

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role


• Qualifications in Project Management / Civil Engineering or similar with suitable professional memberships


• Major Project and / or infrastructure experience


• Strategic approach to problem solving and a willingness to "think outside the box"


• Excellent time management and organisational skills


• Computer literate in Word, Excel, Programming packages and Outlook


• To be confident and well spoken


• Energetic, ambitious and motivated


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
