Our client is one of the world’s leading minerals production and manufacturing companies. The role, based in Kwinana is for an experienced Process Engineer with hands on experience to offer direction and guidance on process improvements for the plant and or plant equipment. The role is available due to the company’s growth and expansion over the last 12 months.

The main purpose of the role is for the Process Engineer to offer solutions on processes within the plant such as debottlenecking. The Process Engineer will be expected to address operational issues whilst liaising with the Production and Maintenance Superintendents. The role will involve design, construction and commissioning of new plant equipment when and where required on the project.

The successful candidate will come from a mineral processing or chemical plant background and have a tertiary qualification in Process or Chemical Engineering. This role would suit a candidate with 4 to 5 years’ experience in Process Engineering or anyone looking to further their career.

The types of systems used are Ellipse and CATS so past experience in this software would be essential.
