JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Build tailor made holidays including cruise, hotels, flights
* Book worldwide holidays
* Work within a call centre environment
* Handle customer queries
* Be part of on-going & supportive training
* Be involved in supplier & product training
* Attend functions and be a representative of the company
* Minimum face to face selling
* Answer telephone and email queries
* Quickly convert quotes into bookings
* Reach monthly sales targets and your Cost of Seat

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Reservations experience within a travel retail or leisure environment
* Experience using Sabre or another CRS system
* Ability to work under pressure
* Self-motivation and ability to drive sales
* Excellent customer service skills and experience handling queries
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of worldwide destinations & products like cruise, hotels, tours etc
* Good knowledge of the travel industry in Australia
* Travel qualifications are beneficial
* Australian residents need only apply
* Ability to work part of a fun & busy team

THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary along with outstanding commission - OTE $70-90K + a High Achiever Bonus! You will be required to work Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday or Sunday per month (paid) & you can expect social activities with the team.
