Opportunity:

We have a unique opportunity working for a fantastic restaurant based at Cottesloe on the beachfront for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. Our client has an excellent reputation for quality cuisine coupled with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere welcoming couples and family diners.

Role:

This role will be full time and working alongside a friendly and supportive management team. The role will require you to assist in the day to day duties of a busy successful restaurant working alongside other staff members, helping to prioritise shift rota’s, special events and promotional evenings.

Person:

You will ideally have between 3 – 4 years experience and be a friendly and dynamic person who is passionate about working for a restaurant who has an enviable reputation for quality food & dining.

Skills:

Key to this role will be having an excellent and open communication style and good administration skills. The ability to work an Electronic Point of Sale system and experience of managing a team of up to 50 staff.

Remuneration:

The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary in the region of $40,000 - $45,000 (Negotiable) coupled with the opportunity to work extra hours when required.
