Due to rapid growth within our Energy & Resources group, a fantastic opportunity now exists for a HR Advisor to join our team based in Perth.
Reporting to the People Manager, you will partner with business to ensure the HR function aligns and supports the business strategy and objectives. You will provide outstanding HR generalist support and advice in the key areas of employment relations, performance management, HR metrics and reporting and remunerations and benefits. You will also lead and support the implementation of HR policies, systems and processes across the business as well as play a key role in implementing and supporting learning and development initiatives and activities.
Your diverse experience will include extensive experience as a HR generalist ideally with an EPCM, Mining or Construction company as well as tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business Management or similar field.
Essential to the role are your demonstrated leadership skills, your high level of professionalism and your strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Equally important is your comprehensive understanding of HR best practice and employment legislation and your commitment to providing sound HR advice and solutions. A degree would also be highly regarded
