A national utility company that provides turnkey infrastructure and energy solutions to the booming Western Australian industry are in urgent need of an Lands Officer to manage regulatory approvals for various projects to Australia's largest and most profitable mining clients.

Based in the Perth CBD office you will be responsible for liaising with the Lands Manager, project managers, project teams, governmental agencies, Heritage departments and engineering organisations. Your duties will include the preparation of licenses, permits, compliance packages and document control.

Ideally you will have experience in Environmental Planning and approvals sector the resources industry. Previous experience within gas infrastructure construction will be looked upon favourably.
