This well established property development company has business in both residential and commercial property throughout Western Australia. Working in partnership with land owners, the company's team of professionals strive to deliver project management expertise and advice.


Currently operating as a team of twelve professionals in Perth, the company requires a Marketing Graphic and Web Designer to join the marketing team and provide design expertise. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Marketing and Contracts Manager. Working in support of marketing activities through the design, management, production and distribution of publications and marketing collateral. Developing and implementing graphic and web interpretations of marketing objectives, ensuring strong brand alignment and adherence to corporate guidelines. Responsible for building and managing content for corporate websites and social networking sites, engaging the target audience with excellent attention to detail.


As the Marketing Graphic and Web Designer you will be required to manipulate artwork for print productions and logo design, working on existing brands and presenting a creative flair for new and innovative designs. Working with external marketing agencies, you will have the ability to receive and deliver a clear and concise brief, demonstrating an inquisitive approach to ensure efficiency for design and production. With proven time management skills, you must understand the importance of prioritising workloads in the face of competing demands. Knowledge and experience in the full Adobe Creative Suite in addition to Web Macromedia products (Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Flash) are essential to the job.
