An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist to join a leading Aged Care provider in Western Australia. this particular organisation prides itself on being a caring, compassionate organisation which is committed to providing quality Aged Care. You will be working between two sites which are based South of the river.
In this role you will be responsible for providing the best possible physiotherapy service to clients within a holistic team structure. This is a full time role that is welcoming new graduates to apply.
Key to your success in the role will be your passion for Physiotherapy and your ability to relate to elderly people with empathy whilst working effectively with other health professional and service providers. You will have excellent assessment, planning and documentation skills coupled with the ability to develop and deliver pain management therapy and mobility programs to meet individual needs. You will have a sound understanding of the Aged Care sector and the Aged Care Funding Instrument .You will have highly developed communication and time management skills.
Please apply for this role if you have a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or approved equivalent and current registration with the Physiotherapists Registration Board of WA. You will need to have a clean, full driver's license as you will be required to travel between two sites. You must have a National Police Certificate to apply.
