Mining: Mine Production Engineer. $154K - $127K. Are you using your QM?

    The role; - 
    • Continue to develop your Production based engineering skills,
      • including Drill and Blast design, two week schedules, waste dump plans and short-term planning.
    • Also allow you to extend into medium term pl anning and scheduling, results reporting to management and contributing towards the development and optimisation of site procedures and policies.
    • There are also side projects including a tailings dam that will require your attentions.
    Use your QM; -
    • This tightknit, autonomous team of 6
    • Strong mentor in the current Quarry Manager
    • Now lacking a secondary QM ticket since the current QM qualified Senior Engineer has accepted a promotion to another site.
    • Prove yourself at this level and there is a clear pathway for you to step up to Senior by this time next year.
    The company; -
    • ASX listed gold producer.
    • Attractive salary packaging including health insurance, site based bonuses and upper quartile base salaries.
    • Realistic target of increasing gold production 25-30% in this coming year.

    The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Mine Engineer, at least three years of post-graduate experience and hold their West Australian QM ticket. Open pit exposure is required, preferably in gold.
