This company has enjoyed a long period of successful exploration results. On the back of their success, they have been able to develop this project through feasibility and construction into its current start-up phase. The role will be back-to-back with the Chief Geologist on this small, approximately 150 person camp and will give you a large amount of responsibility over the geological activities at site. You will mentor two junior geologists and develop them. You'll assume responsibility for grade control and reconciliations and will liaise with the mining contractors throughout each shift to ensure optimal mining of the ore-body.


Use of Surpac will be seen as a distinct advantage and this opportunity will be ideal for you with your previous experience in a well functioning mine site. This open-pit operation is a gold mine so previous experience would be useful.
