This is a full time Assistant Store Manager role in the Bunbury store.
Being part of a fast paced retail environment you would need to work a flexible 40 hour rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with the Store Manager you will assist in leading and managing a profitable business through the motivation, coaching & development of a diverse and dynamic sales team.
Keeping yourself, the team, our customers & the community in which we operate safe is one of your key accountabilities in this role.

- Previous supervisory / management experience preferably in a retail/customer service/sales environment
- Ability to lead and motivate staff
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and gross profit
- Ability to control variable costs
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast paced, physical environment
- Must be flexible to move from store to store as per Regional requirements
